Amy Rectenwald put together the best vacation you could imagine. Everything was perfect, all arrangements with transfers, hotels, flights were absolutely reliable and spot on. Amy set up everything from start to finish, which included visits to all four Hawaiian islands, rental cars, and daily excursions. Amy was extremely accommodating when we wanted to tweak our plans even at the last minute. The itinerary she provided was very detailed and easy to follow. I contacted my go-to Amy for a last minute all-inclusive trip suggestion for the month of July. She suggested Secrets Los Cabos and it was perfect and just what we were looking for. In less than 24 hours flights and hotel were booked and we left in less than 30 days of booking. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Amy was great to work with. We are a family of six that was meeting from three different places around the world to enjoy a once in a lifetime vacation in Italy. Amy listened to our ideas and balanced what we thought we wanted with her experience and expertise to softly suggest ideas to explore. She then put together a trip that was absolutely fantastic. Amy helped us with the right places to stay, the right things to see and the perfect itinerary so that we had a lot to see and do and still felt relaxed. Amy is amazing. She is very patient in answering all of my many questions and works hard to understand the type of trip we are hoping to have. Our recent trip to Alaska was a trip of a lifetime, most likely never to be repeated, and Amy fully delivered. Everything was perfect, relaxing and just as she outlined it would be. Working with Amy was an amazing experience. Every single thing was planned out for us without having to think twice. She was quick with responses and made sure the trip was everything we asked for down to every detail, even with last minute requests. I’ve been on many trips but this exceeded my expectations. So much so we plan to go back. We have never gone to the same place twice. I told Amy what I was looking for in a resort and it ended up being the best resort I’ve been to. There is no doubt that I will be using Amy for my travel plans in the future. Very impressed!

Amy is service-driven, and we know we can always expect a no-worries, fabulous trip. She arranged our Paris hotel with transfers, and a food tour. Our hotel package included bar service as well as a delightful wine and cheese picnic we could use in our room, or as a picnic to-go, any time we requested it. She also arranged our pre-cruise hotel, and the Sea Dream cruise. It's so nice to know she is a phone call away should we have any troubles.

This is the first time I’ve used a travel advisor and I’m so glad my friend recommended Amy to help plan our vacation in Italy. Amy’s itinerary (transportation, tours, transfers, and accommodations) was perfect for my family. We loved the drivers and tour guides and stayed in fabulous hotels and apartments. The Axus travel app was so nice and kept all of our tours, transfers, and accommodations organized at our fingertips. What can I say, Amy continues to outdo trip after trip! Each trip Amy plans gets better and better! This trip was absolutely unbelievable! Amy put everything together from the best hotels to the greatest excursions and of course, her perfect little touches go such a long way. We had never used to travel agent before and we were very happy with all the different options that Amy came up with. Amy was very patient every time we had changed our minds and asked questions and had more requirements! She came back with multiple choices and we ended up having a great time on our trip. Amy was unbelievable as usual! I have been working with Amy for a few years now. When I came to Amy with this trip, it was a special trip that I wanted to plan for my mom's 70th birthday. My mom's dream was to go back to Italy with her family. I asked Amy to come up with a trip that included both tours (but not too much walking) and leisure. We started off in Rome and ended in Sicily. There was nothing that I could think of that could've made this trip any better. From a welcome bottle of Prosecco to the Hotels selected, even the partners Amy works with were unbelievable. This was a trip that we'll talk about for a lifetime. Her expertise and attention to detail is unmatched. From start to finish everything was taken care of seamlessly. Amidst all of the wedding planning craziness, it was SO nice to have Amy on top of the honeymoon. She planned for us two unforgettable weeks in Cabo San Lucas at the Resort at Pedregal and One & Only Palmilla and every single day was absolute perfection.
